In our session we will explore your core needs, prepare an easily followed plan of action, and determine the best way to move forward. 85%+ of my clients see a 30%-50% pay increase within a year of working together. What we cover is tailored to your needs (some examples include: how to ask for a raise, when to know it’s time to leave, interview prep, market analysis, comp evaluation, offer negotiations, burn out balance, quiet quitting, brainstorm sessions & more happen here). Appointment is for up to 1 hour, sometimes an issue is easily discussed & confidently approached in less. Give yourself the availability of an hour just in case!
